meet the Doctor

Dr. Chris completed his undergraduate studies at Rock Valley College and Northern Illinois University before earning his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2010. Early in his career, he traveled to India to help provide chiropractic care to more than 10,000 individuals—an experience that reinforced his commitment to delivering hands-on, patient-centered care.

At his clinic, Dr. Chris has developed the New Millennium Method—a results-driven approach that combines chiropractic care, spinal decompression therapy, and physical therapy to address the true cause of pain, not just the symptoms. This method is built on three key pillars: restoring proper structure, improving function and movement, and creating long-term stability to prevent recurring issues.

Rather than offering temporary relief, Dr. Chris focuses on helping patients understand what is actually causing their pain and guiding them through a clear, personalized care plan designed for long-term results. His goal is simple: help patients move better, feel better, and get back to doing what they love without relying on ongoing symptom-based care.

Dr. Chris is passionate about patient education and believes that lasting health comes from consistency, movement, and addressing problems at their source—not masking them.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Chris and his wife, Emily, enjoy staying active, spending time outdoors, and supporting their favorite Chicago sports teams. They live in the Belvidere area with their two children, Jackson and Kennedy, and their dog, Sophie.
